Email us and a real person replies, usually within a couple of days. During a meet, say so and we'll prioritise it.
It helps to include the app, its version (click the version label in the top corner of Meet Sheets), Windows or Mac, and a screenshot of any message.

| "Windows protected your PC" | Click More info, then Run anyway. It appears once per download. |
A message that the folder has no reports folder | Choose the meet's own folder, the one that holds reports and webpages, not a folder above or beside it. |
| A results event is missing from the PDF | Its results file was still being written. Wait for the event to finish, press Refresh, then save again. The app lists anything it left out. |
| Lap boxes look wrong on timekeeper sheets | Check the Short course / Long course switch. It starts on short course every time. |
| Logo, meet name or comments went back to defaults | They live in the Meet Tools Data folder inside the meet folder. Copy the whole meet folder, including that folder, when you move it. |

For Mac, iPhone and iPad, from the App Store. Type or paste your words, one per line, and each line becomes its own page. Questions and ideas are welcome at the same email address.
